Justin McBride, born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, knew from an early age that he wanted to make an impact on the world. He began acting professionally in middle school, performing at the Phoenix Theatre, and continued performing throughout Arizona in high school as a member of the Positive Force Players, a peer-to-peer education based theatre troupe.  He also served on the Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) Student Leadership Council (SLC) on both the state and national levels.  After high school, Justin enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, serving on active duty for four years with several deployments to Iraq.  It was during his enlistment in the Marines that he learned a great deal more about himself, the world, and the power of an individual to make a huge impact.

Upon completion of active duty, Justin found his way back to SADD, now as adult mentor to youth and the Director of Programming for Arizona SADD. It was here that he oversaw the state student leadership council, conducted workshops at schools across Arizona, planned statewide events, and served as master of ceremonies for youth conferences. In 2011 Justin moved to California, where he stayed connected to SADD as the organization's California liaison.  While in California, Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Project Management and a Master of Public Administration.  He also began working with the Boys & Girls Clubs, where he directed staff and developed programs for school aged kids.  It was also here where Justin was sought out by the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy to developed a performance based national youth substance abuse activity.

Justin returned to Arizona in 2014, where he became a program manager for DrugFreeAZKids.org, the Arizona Affiliate of the Partnership for Drug-Free Kids.  Here he had the opportunity to not only deliver prevention programming, but also focus on creating and managing various print and digital media projects.  He modernized the organization's webinars and increased attendance, developed new print and digital media resources, and oversaw social media. Since his return to Arizona, Justin has also stayed connected to the Boys & Girls Clubs movement, managing programs throughout the Phoenix Metro area.

In 2016 Justin began working independently with a focus on his two great passions, making a positive impact and creating impactful media.  He has been partnering with various organizations and motivators to develop digital and print media, create videos, and manage interactive social media campaigns.  Justin is currently developing a new platform for good called Social Profit Media, while continuing to work as an independent contractor in graphic design, video production, digital media, and program development.
